witty lost 2FA

I posted about a week ago, yet it still has not been responded to or approved; so maybe it got overlooked. I tried messaging Dave on skype but no reply. I cannot access my account as I do not have my 2FA backup code, nor the phone I originally attached the 2 step authentication to. I turned that cell phone in, for credit for a new one with my local service carrier.

IP: 75-142-122-79.static.mtpk.ca.charter.com ; hopefully the same IP I had 6 months ago when I was using my account. Not sure, it's been a while.

My account is banned, but just awaiting me to contact the buyer for retrieval of his account in which I have recovered for him. I suspect he just lost access of the account and opened up a thread which is posted below for reference:
