    No big deal, but I'd like to know the point in this button..

    What is this?
    Mine says something like "Click here if your browser does not automatically redirect you." I'm using Chrome and it redirects fine. I'm willing to bet that most browsers will redirect you automatically. Anyways, I've never gotten the "Proceed" button. Interesting.
