I think that's getting owned on rs. that's just my opinion though. I have no idea what it could actually be.

I think you turned the screen so that the wall is facing the screen, making it all brown/black

 

Either you moved the camera into a wall or it just glitched out.

 

Looks like your graphics card is so horrible it can't play runescape on high detail...

 

that is weird i have never seen such a thing before the worst graphics glitch i ever got on rs was when firecapes were black.

 

Its most probably your processor dealing with so much hardware at one time, that was the same problem with firecapes.

 

IT HAPPENED AGAIN

and no i didnt just move the camera, when i do that it just moves the fountain around weirdly

and no my video card is actually quite new

i can play tf2/source games maxed out at high res with no lag ...

I know what it is!! It's a sign you should quit runescape! Or get a new video/graphics card. If all else fails, get a new computer.
