Websites and fair usage

So, I want to start a blog but I've got very little idea in terms of what I can and cannot post, has anyone got any experience with this or just knows what photos videos etc can be posted and what can't. For example the guys over at shock mansion are posti g a load of pictures every day, I assume they don't take them all so where do you find them? The more comprehensive the better, if you think you can give me a really in depth and knowledgeable guide as to what I can use, send me a pm, i may be able to pay you something for your time.

 

Definitely find someone with a better idea of things, but I'm tempted to say just use whatever you want, credit the sources, and take it down if someone complains.

 

You can take info from anywhere or pictures from anywhere if sourced properly. I just think your not aloud to sell the content.
