Showing passive aggressive threatning behaviour to a junior subordinate publicly is the direct definition of being an asshole. Asshole.
I've been demoted effective immediately for letting my emotions slip in on multiple occasions, calling out staff and community members publicly, being rude, abusing my powers and broke the staff code of conduct by insubordination. I've been granted a 3 month holidays by force from the staff team and am allowed to apply again after. As for now my best advice is to hand all ban evaders and other offenders a jail-free card.
Sythe can be a weird place sometimes. a bunch of "adults" being all childlish and at the same time enforcing authority chain of commands.
Also, watch this fucking Monster of a pianist who sight read alot of cool tunes into ragtime. nowadays he's in a wheelchair with half of his body paralized and with speech impediment because of some asshole who crushed him with a truck against his car. Also his parents (guy lived with his parents) prohibited any help donations etc. to pay for his rehabilitation which kinda sucks. they apparently want him wheelchair bound.
