In the report he mentions having the person's username, being able to check if he had the pk points or not and saying he couldn't post the proof publicly. Wouldn't have access to that information (the user's PKP) had he not been staff, and combined with the original report against him I doubt it's coincidental.

That being said, that means his report is most likely valid and:
