Unjust Ban Proof

A couple of months ago I was banned due to the name "Si" being sniped during a name sale. I refused to refund the guy 50% as it's completely possible he sniped it himself. I posted two appeals, both were met with "you must repay him 50%" as we have no proof I didn't attempt to scam him. Well I've been busy to make a third appeal, but here it is. Excuse the quality of this video, I'm on a 35 kb/s connection right now.

This shows my entire computer monitor, from both name changes to me telling the guy to be ready to take it. I then add Si to my friends list to make sure the transfer was successful, and notice it was taken on a fresh account. I ask him about it, and he responds with "How could you possibly know it was sniped that quickly"

Will be awaiting a response, looking to be unbanned ASAP as I have plenty more names to sell

 

Gonna need a better quality video there bud, that one doesn't tell me anything

Checked around to see if you should have to pay off the 50/50. I personally don't think you should have to since the video checks out. I'll request your unban - please keep an eye on that RS name. If you can find out and prove who took it then please let us know.
