    He said I only have to pay for NA codes they didn't work. If their on EUW that's not my fault. If you can show me the message saying $10 in EUW please show me.

    You used them, why would you use them if you didn't need them? Just because he didn't say you had to pay for them doesn't mean you can use them for free and just call it a day..
