    Link to/reason for TWC: lmao... logged in at work to ask for a quote on 50-70 agility

    List of vouches since receiving TWC:     (Please note: It's advisable to present vouches where the other party went first in the deal and where the deal was for a considerable sum, the more of these - the better). Not got any cause im not trading, I asked for a quote for skill training which I'd be paying for before it was completed.
    Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: What sketchy behaviour? Asking for a quote for skill training in working hours haha
