    Hi @mp595 you have a TWC rank on your name because you fake vouched before (you can click on the rank to be re-directed to the report).

    You can dispute this in the same section you posted on, but be sure to follow the proper TWC dispute format found here: Trade With Caution rank: Dispute template. I also recommend that you get some vouches prior to disputing (preferably some where the other party has gone first would help as well) to increase your chances of the TWC being removed.
