TWC removal?

    TWC removal?
    I was banned a year or so ago on an account under my old home IP address. When trying to make a new account at my new home, I accidentally logged into the banned account from my old home IP, which then caused my whole IP to be flagged. I then had to use a proxy to make an account, but now have a TWC on my account.

    Please fix this, as this was awhile ago and I'm looking to build new rep on sythe.
