Are you able to find out what he was banned for? Preferably a link to the report.

 

His ban appeal has him claiming that he's a friend of someone who's vading. There's no hard evidence but I'm going to request a TWC.

KMJT run through that, it's enough to warrant a TWC, let me know if you decide to ban him.

 

edit: Just read through his pardon, it doesn't look like there's enough proof to ban him, but a TWC is in order.

 

Doesn't really look like all of the mods in that report were confident on placing a permanent ban so I think a TWC here would suffice.
