Trojan help.

i use avg as an anti virus and in my virus vauly there are two trojan, its says that i am infected and i cant heal, i also notice my swift swich bad been played around with for example the skin colour and buttom styles, like if some1 had installed and re installed it.

i logged in my 2 rs account to find the both were previously logged in from a different which was 78.(cnt memba rest ) how cna i delet these trojan and make sure ther gone, all my msn pass word and other stuff are going ot have to be change. the person hu obviously is using this doent play rs coz my charecters werent missing nothing or werent even mvoe i think.

that is were thaey are, both are .exe files and 1.76mB i think

help please wat should i do??

 

Go into safe mode, delete the .exe
To get into safe mode press F8 when you boot, on the product manufacter screen. Then, get avast! antivirus and run a scan with both AVG and avast!. If anything remains, heal.

 

the file is in my SVI "System Volume Information) thats y i could fin the path to delete it, windows hidies this file coz it has important stuff in it, i kinda sused it out how to delete.

 

Quarentine the file.

 

use the Norton Antivirus Patch/Remover Tool.
