Why do i have TWC rank ?

interesting how ban evader threat me with Video for 2 days and i have recorded all the conversation between him and me...
Firstly it was that -> Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

Its funny what's the reason for my TWC,please explain me because its hard for me to understand.
You can clearly see both the conversations i was threatened and the whole conversation about everything.
Coins have 2 sides not just one.
How come you put me trade with caution without even thread opened and being reviewed ?

** Edit: I have right to not use middleman,and i have right to buy at any competitive price.
because of me trying to buy gold for more than the re-sellers and still getting 10+ cents profit,doesn't make me bad person or anything to do with TWC rank,but competitive player in the rsgold buying scene.
Anywhere from 0.9 to even 1.05 still brings me profit and we all know that.
The conversations are uploaded from begin to end.
I would like to explain me why do i have reasons and which rules did i break,because before appealing my pardon and etc,i clearly read all sythe rules to follow and not break them.

I just want to make sure you are trading safely, overbidding on gold and refusing to use middlemen generally is not a good sign of safe trading practices. Just because you "can profit from paying 1.05" doesn't make it logical for you to do so especially when several trusted people are selling gold for less than that.

You can appeal this rank in a month and it will be removed if you've demonstrated safe trading and good vouches in that time
