SytheIRC?

Can we all get along? :/.

 

If I could offer advice concerning SytheIRC..

My support to Sythe has been to preserve, expand and keep the community safe. My past performance and individual efforts speaks for itself so I feel my opinion deserves a little consideration. Preservation of membership these days concerns me. Although process of reviews tops my focus, these outside Sythe activities are hurting membership and our community. I've seen nothing positive to date and feel a review would show a trend. If these off-site activities are to continue, then I ask that consideration be given toward only banning/infraction there. One-on-One exchange in chats can sometimes spiral out of control and without realizing it we’ve done nothing but hurt the community. Seeing the veterans and popular members of Sythe vanish should be a warning to all that we are in a sense causing our own extinction. Please consider a review of membership and perhaps feedback in SL to begin steps to preserve the members who make this site what it is.. A community and our friends that sometimes makes mistakes

 

And another falls.. FireZ is now banned. By the time we realize the value of membership, it will be too late.

 

I'm not going anywhere, Spyike, if that's what you're afraid of.

 

Which is the same point of view for me.. but I am concerned of those that are either by choice or by what I view as an unnecessary ban.

 

I made a decision to not communicate off Sythe as I value my membership.. If I was to visit IRC, I'd be banned in a matter of minutes.. If Marrow was there, seconds lol

 

Sythe. Just in case you don't know: ss23 wasn't the one that made that twitter account.

For the record, as a non-mod I'm also hating this; I'm a Searcher..
