    Check all your firewalls, the normal windows one or any others such as the ones from your anti-virus.

    If all are off then try selecting another country to connect to when you first open SwiftKit, such as UK instead of USA and it should work.

    How do I open my anti-virus? And also I did try all the countrys.

    ye just click on icon of ur antivirus or go start->programs->(name of ur antivirus)
