[superfluous]False Ban

Basically a guy impostered both of us, and we both talked to him.
here is my side of the convo with the imposter:

Read through carefully to the point where he says 'Post on my thread'. Note that I post at 1am according to sythe, and skype chat says 8pm.

He then says 'Sorry can't accept PP from you' and instantly deletes me.

He then later goes onto uncancelled's thread and pretends he is me, ~USING THE POST HE TOLD ME TO DO~ as his own, with no confirmation at all uncancelled automatically believes it is him and gets scammed by him.

Nowhere did I say that JayZ / powerbot_optimus is my skype, nor did I pm anyone confirm it is me. The only evidence here is one post saying 'Talking on skype' which is me talking with the imposter/scammer.

I run a service here on sythe and this one false ban is greatly impacting my reputation. If for whatever reason more info is required, just say so. Thanks.

 

Yeah well this is why you don't make posts that just say "talking on skype", you always explicitly type out what your skype is. I'm gonna look into this but I wouldn't support an unban given that your carelessness directly contributed to a scam.

Edit: You were duped by an imposter, I stand by what I said however

I didn't think anything of it rather than possibly losing a customer due me being slow. All I did was listen to what he asked, typed what he asked: "Talking on skype" as seen in skype convo. I knew there was no way i'd be getting scammed by a simple post. I really feel like its Uncancelled's fault for not confirming properly, not mine. Uncancelled even PM'd me asking "Why are you offline" (I obviously received this when I logged in later on and just thought nothing of it as our trade didn't go through) and still goes through with his trade and gets scammed. I have no way to prove the PM but if you're able to access my account, I shouldn't have deleted any PMs.

If despite all that you're still firm with your decision please read below, if ban is lifted the bottom part should be irrelevant.


So if my ban will not be lifted, i request you look at a scam report i filed about a month ago. This should change your view in one way or another. Its basically me getting scammed by an imposter in the EXACT SAME way Uncancelled just did.

What should be looked at here:

- The exact same "carelessness" you talk about is displayed here.
- A PM confirming it is them. (Note in my case I DIDN'T confirm via pm nor skype)
- The fact that the skype/pm logs are EXACTLY THE SAME. (How would i ever doubt someone who posts the EXACT SAME chat logs to what we just had 5 mins ago)

Question/Request here is:

Why does Euterpe get away with just a single warning issued by Zuzel111?

Why do I get banned for the exact same issue?
Either Euterpe should get a ban for the same reasoning: "being duped by an imposter". Or i should be unbanned with just a warning.
It'd clearly be an unfair bias if we didn't receive the same verdict.

I understand fully how I got framed here, I don't even need a warning as I will never let this happen again. Thanks.
