Sinks $50 donator resolved

Hi, I've got scammed by the user 'sinks', well he tried to change prices after the trade for 'the feud' quest. it's even in his thread stated 1.5m.
Cheap, lightning fast quest service! (trusted, 50$ donor!,cheapest!)


To be clear, I've bought from him 3 services and he took a very long time so I asked for refund and he accepted that, he discounted for nothing and I kept the money left with him. He said he charged on me 2m when it costs 1.5m as we dealt plus in his thread.

1. his prices isn't standard, he changes prices after I asked for refund and he accepted it because the service was terrible.

2. he comes up with flaming me and calling me words and accuse it as 'why are you reporting after i gave you cold facts' replied to him and said filling the report, I need from him a legit answer, changing prices is considered as scam since he's giving me my money deducted.

Please take action, he's $50 donator and ripping off 500k, Plus, I asked him to give 6m he's giving me 5m.

Okay so let me start off by saying i never talked with such a impatient and obnoxious person.

We had a deal i would do desert treasure, feud and temple of ikov for 7m..
I had completed the feud when i noticed he didnt have 40 ranged for temple of ikov.I told him to get 40 ranged, he wanted me to do it trying to convince me it takes 10 minutes, just wanted me to do extra work for basically free on top of very generous offer, when i refused he wanted an refund which i told him no problem and even with that wasnt happy when i offered him 5.5m, he wanted 6m.

i even said myself right away i'd value feud at 1.5, but when he got smart with me and tried to blackmail me for 0.5m, saying we had a deal at (1m???) i looked up my evaluation and confronted him immediately..

He still didn't pay me.

 

He has all my 7m and refuses to pay me, so if he gets banned he runs away with it.

So immature, got scammed 2 times this month and no one believed me that tenser is a scammer, and like i mentioned he'll scam someone else, and he's banned right now. This guy is $50 donator, didn't expect to be scammed/ripped off for 500k, he refuses to pay me now even 5.5-6m back. Please take action staff..

 

Can a mod tell me how much is owed so i pay this kid back

 

Calling me a kid, you're two faced, read the chat in the screenshots. calls me rice picker and says i comment about .50 cents when you're scamming ofcourse I'll need my money back and i'll not let it go. because you tried to rip me off and change price when the price is standard and posted plus you mentioned it in skype chat, and you were worried i'm reporting. now you want to be safe that's why you kept the money and didn't give, incase you get banned you run with the 7m.

You stole the money I needed to buy the meds. Scamming/editing prices/ripping off for $1...? lmfao.

this is so sad, only trusted him because he has $50 donator however no good feedback on him.

 

PLease explain where i edited price, and how did i scam exactly?

 

If i let everyone push me around on every trade for 30% value i might as well work for free

 

I clearly posted screen shots of you saying 1.5m then you've said 2m, and claimed that I've agreed on that. You took 2 hours to get the quest done and you still want to edit the value of the quest?

 

He's saying he's waiting for mod so he 'knows' how much to refund, doesn't want to refund me now.

 

@Assumption you pretty much agreed to pay 2m for the feud once you accepted his offer. He offered 5m for the quests without the feud and 7m with the feud showing the feud was valued at 2m. You agreed to that price even thought his thread price is different. He did not edit anything so i don't see this as a scam attempt. @sinks refund his 5m and update me once you have.

 

Where does it show that I have agreed on 2m? it's clearly 1.5m + it's in his thread as well. more evidence than that..? it's not a scam but a rip off and somewhat of a partial scam/greediness.
