As a long-time user of Sythe for over three years, I would like to express my gratitude for Sin666's dedication and alacrity when it comes to helping others. I had encountered problems when trying to return to Sythe and she gladly rectified the predicament I had.

For her work around here, I would like to thank her as a small token of my appreciation.

What I like about Sin is that she does her JOB. She doesn't cut anyone some slack. If you fuck up badly, she WILL ban you no matter how much people of the community love you. It's not an easy job but it's how the forum is SUPPOSED to be ran. Keep up the good work Sin!

Agreed, from what i've seen she stands her ground as an admin and always enforces the rules no matter who shes dealing with.

 

In other words, she's a bitch, but we love her anyway (or we want fun ranks and don't want to piss her off).

I can live with either.

Though, I'm not fundamentally about "enforcing the rules with an iron fist," etc. People are rarely what they pretend to be, and I'm too rational and analytical to trust blindly: essentially, evidence speaks louder than empty words.

I know what it looks like from a user's perspective: all of a sudden, out of the blue, someone's banned and I don't give a shit. But, I actually listened to Tengauge for several hours before reaching a decision.

Everyone loves to assume that they know what their friends are like: that they couldn't possibly be capable of such-and-such. Grafix posted today to brag about how much he's scammed; Jesse last week to admit he came here to scam. Being trusted or well-liked doesn't really imply anything, other than that if they are doing something wrong, they're good at lying about it. Though Jesse claims he never did go through with it, the point is that most of you don't know the majority of people on this site as well as you think.
