Do you guys find it creepy when guys on runescape play as girl characters?

This. And no, not at all really. I tend to mix my characters up on any game so I have a mix of girl and guy characters. It gets boring if you do the same thing all the time. Another reason is that female characters are often given free items for being female. Many people know how to exploit this.

Well there's a difference between PLAYING a girl character and ROLEPLAYING a girl character.

It's not weird to play a girl character, because who wants to stare at a d00d tune?

But pretending to be a girl is just weird.

 

I actually agree with you; there is a HUGE difference between the two.

 

Yeah atm I'm playing as a girl char (had to change it to get turm to lazy to change it back) and everyone that i make friends with i tell them ima guy and one time I was dunging and this guy was blowing kisses at me and i'm like dude ima guy irl..... He's'like u fked up nerd!!!! I'm like ur the one who wanted to have sex with pixels.......

I know a lot of pures who make their characters girls because the way the female character glides across the floor makes it easier to hug trees whilst bridding.

To be honest I don't think it's disturbing until they begin to act like females and start claiming they're females. That's when it gets out of hand.

Also, the above post was a bit of a joke, if anyone on sythe is big on the pure community they'd understand the joke .

Creepy is when he acts like female. One "girl" i had in friendlist for years came to Raidcall voice chat with me feww days ago. And guess what? defienetly 30+ years old mans voice.

 

I just changed yesterday from a female character to a male for the first time in about 2 years - I preferred how my gear and other things looked on the female, but I just recently got full War-Chief and the male alternative looks much nicer.

 

Personally I don't play as girl characters, but I don't see the problem with people that do - As long as they leave it at just playing, not acting like females for the hopes of some sick beneficial gain.

 

If your going to be playing a game all day, might as well stare at a girl the whole time anyway, right?

I don't care if a girl character turns out to be a guy, because its partially expected. Not like it should matter to you in the first place, unless your trying to cyber or something. In which case, your better off joining some sex forum..
