Self Vouching!

We were unkown to eachother before the trade, and after we organised over MSN it became apparent that we lived within reasonable local. The price was lowered to accomadate for his fuel money to get to a generic meeting location.

We traded at 'Wicked Cafe' Port Douglas; he exhanged money and we logged on and traded between accounts via staking methods.

The reason for unusual buying and selling, is to gain trust in the market whilst minimizing profit and loss.

I told him he could get a second staff opinion, however the way I see it is. If the two users vouched eachother at the Cafe, the IPs on the vouches would be identical, not just super similar. Also, with absolutely zero proof of a trade between a user who just joined a month ago and a user with a TWC involving around $1000 isn't a common number to see between two users of that nature without a OMM involved.

There you state that you guys were conversing the night before, however the IPs on the post in which you confirm that you're talking about a sale also has nearly matching IPs. I don't think you guys slept over in the cafe together, so this only adds to my point that you're more than likely friends or the same person.

However, if you can provide any sort of proof of a trade, it would be excellent and would surely help your case.

I've talked to Dave about this, and we'd like you to post any communication between you and great robin6. MSN chatlogs, Skype chatlogs etc which show that you arranged a time and place to meet up. When you can provide half decent evidence that there was indeed an IRL meet-up, we'll move forward with this dispute.

Hello Rsprod and other Mods/Admins reading my dispute, my previous was closed due to 48+ hours of inactivity. I was away and was unable to access Sythe.

Upon return from my trip, I have tried to find the information on Skype. This being chat logs and whatnot. Unfortunately they are unavailable due to me purchasing windows 8 and installing it as a fresh copy between the date of the trade and now. A windows 8 receipt can be provided that would clearly show dates to verify this. If anyone has a fix for this to see previous chat logs please let me know. Need to get this sorted ASAP.

The below is the receipt date for Windows 8. The proof is that in the shipping details match mine, including name, although some things are blanked out to protect me.

And this is my Skype, not sure the relevance of the person, but this is a friend that I have had multiple conversations with dating back yonkers, and yet I cannot retrieve the logs for this conversation either.

When I asked you on Skype, you said the user who's in the screenshot above was the user you traded with, however there you're claiming he's just a friend? I don't know what to make of this and I personally believe that you could have provided that proof a long time ago when it was first requested yet you waited till you got Windows 8? I don't know, it all seems too coincidental for me.

I personally still want you to wait out a 1 month ban and come back with a TWC however I feel that I might be missing something here and I could be completely wrong. I'll leave the decision up to another member of staff. I'll get in contact with someone as soon as I can.

 

Everything here is so unclear, and there isn't much proof of anything apart from the fact that you two live fairly close to one another, which is more than enough to ban you under the self/fake vouching rule.

Because your story has good merit, I will allow your ban to be shortened to 1 month, however you will return with a TwC until you can show us that you are here with good intentions.
