Self requested ban Cbl123

I was told to post under account recovery regarding my self requested ban.
He said to post as much info as I can, but the sticky on this forum says not to post personal information.

I'm not seeing an IP match, please post with a home IP match

My father recently changed the router so I am not entirely sure if the IP is the same as it was before but it is under the same ISP so you should be able to see that? I drove two hours to get here to get this resolved so hopefully this is good. I will be driving back tomorrow so hopefully I receive response before then. If not I can provide identification matching payment for donation/verified on Sythe or whatever else necessary.

I do not see any emails from sythe under my junk, spam, or any inboxes on my email. It was sent to [email protected] right?
