We just can't really tell what is going on based on the pictures.

 

I gave him the phat set, and he logged out on runescape.
he pm'ed me off the official usfine email as confirmed on their site and livechat

 

I think this is fake. Confirmation of items can easily be faked not to mention the account being traded is l am asian3 which for starters isn't really the type of name these Asian websites use for accounts but regardless of that "nina" asks usefineseller to confirm that he's trading "infinity." I believe that means someone with the username infinity or something containing that word, which isn't l Am Asian

 

Gonna deny this as fake. If you can show us proof that doesn't have you trading the wrong account and confirming a real PM then I'll reconsider this.
