Scammed by Studskilla

I purchased 99 range, def, hp from this guy just two days ago. He claimed he had vouches, wasn't going to scam, and to start off, I left 15m on the account for him to buy the supplies. I check the high scores and nothing has been updated.

Below are the pictures I took, the bank which had more than 3k runes in it is now gone, along with the 15m.
