That's bs because hes claimed i'm not online on anything and I've sent him 3 requests on skype and he's not accepting any of them. And he's bumping his threads.

 

I manually added both of them to a skype chat, and Lightly agreed to pay but STILL hasn't. Since then he's been active on Sythe, and I'm pretty sure he's up to no good. Banning him now, if he wants to get unbanned he must pay Sundown back first.
