Saeldor scam

Explanation of the trade:
I joined his service Discord, we agreed that he'd do about 60 quests on my hardcore ironman. I paid upfront with OSRS GP.
How they scammed:
The service was very slow, but as I was not in a hurry we agreed to continue it, he eventually hired a new worker and work started getting done at an acceptable pace. On the 11th January, he emptied my bank (including most untradeables), and suicided - note that it is most likely to have been a suicide, as there were no in-progress quests on the account when I logged into it, so it's unlikely that he emptied the bank after accidentally dying in fear of me asking for a refund. He banned me from his Discord and blocked me from private messaging him after logging off my account. He also seems to have deleted his Discord account.
Note that this scam took place almost a month ago, but as he was already banned, I only left a message on his vouch thread (here Saeldor's Vouch Thread). Now that he's unbanned and attempting to pardon (here Requesting pardon for attempting to scam), I've decided to post the full scam report.

Please feel free to contact me to see the entire chat history, unfortunately it contains identifiable information for my account so I do not wish to post it publicly. Note that as most of our conversation happened on his service Discord server, I only have the discussion that was held privately to show (as mentioned earlier, he removed me from his Discord server straight after scamming me).

Separately, @Malorkian Ma please make a scam report if @Saeldor owes you anything as he is attempting to pardon and will need to resolve those debts before his pardon can progress.
