    Can I just ask wtf happened here? He was unbanned despite being in contact with someone and refusing to pay them back in rsgp. Seems perfectly reasonable to not want a name that was recovered from them two years ago.

    Then for 3 years he's pretended it never happened and hid the fact he owes money in his pardons, wot?
