There are several layers of miscommunication and this results in both parties to share the blame here. This has been discussed with the staff team and there is nothing owed here. There is no value lost on this account.

As per the account service section rules,

I have applied a 1 month TWC to @RussianUmad for failing to notify the buyer that the service was going to be outsourced.

This will stay open until the payment for the incomplete quests have been refunded.
