RSMalls order problems

Hey, so I'm relatively new to buying osrs gold/gp from online merchants and such. So here I am with my questions/problems about my order.

When I pay with sofortbanking, it instantly goes off of my bank account into the others bankaccount right? Or does it take 3 days? Weird because my bank statement says the money has been transferred, I have pictures of it and such.

Yesterday, it was on standby I think (2 days passed since order was made).

Now, 3 days later my order has 'Buyer IP problems'.

Anyone that has more info on this 'Buyer IP problems'?

I have tried contacting the livechat, and it has been about 10 minutes so far, and no response.

I have seen forumthreads here stating RSmalls is a scam? Can anyone here give me some more information, if I'm missing any.

Also, please forgive me for my English, I'm doing my best

is there an account linked to rsmalls.com ? if so, they will be held liable for their actions here on sythe. if not, sythe cannot help you out. simply chargeback the payment if you are not receiving you're gold

 

How can I chargeback after using sofortbanking? Do I need to call my bank for this?

 

Call your bank and explain what happened. it's a fraudulent company

 

There is always problems with their website.

I would always suggest speaking to their site live chat first, although please be aware English isn't their strong suit.

 

Hmm, it has been resolved. Took a bit, they sent me a verification e-mail, and I did the things they asked. And the transfer was also smooth. I guess sofortbanking takes 3 days? Still weird, I thought banking is always instantly transfered. Anyway, its resolved. I'll delete this thread in 5 minutes.
