    Just a couple o' days ago i took a look at hiscores about 680k membs...
    Now 706k..
    Something to do with Bot nuke?
    Or hust christmas?

    Rs member base increasing?
    I think its just all the special item, special reward, special abilities that Jagex is offering for all the paytoplayers. Trade limits, the little hats and crap for the holidays, highscores being members only. Jagex is throwing a bunch of crap out and dragging in more pay to play purchases. Whatever brings in the business I guess..

    Ye, Jagex has been workin much for cash...
    Shutting servers down= less maintenance costs and these new things = bring more membs.

    Might be a 1-off but during holidays such as Christmas the user base tends to increase.

    lol in last 5 mins increased from 706.125 to 706.337

    Think it might also due to the fact that more people have time to play runescape around the holidays.
