Explanation of the trade: I have posted my OSRS Iron man account for sell, he told me he was interested and wanted MM to verify account, Told me to add yanLiLi#7144 to verify the account.

Creating this post to avoid people being scammed by that same person or a similar method.

 

I was under the influence of him being real cause i have sold over 20b+ RSGP lately and got added by fakes. (Jacky, Luckygold and Film can verify this).

I didnt once push for this trade as i was occupied and i am glad you took precautions needed to make sure he was real.
Nothing but a misunderunderstanding and i am glad it worked out =)

 

next time, Link the MM's Sythe profile for the buyer to add them by himself. This will avoid you "making" mistakes

 

Never used an MM here so i wasnt aware of how it worked. Always gone first in my trades and i was told officallMM was removed.

 

I see no proof that he sent you the wrong discord to add. He also said "yanLiLi#7144" with a lowercase "y" which does not match the discord you added. If you can prove this was malicious let me know, otherwise I think this was an honest mistake.

I feel like making him tell the Impostor to add me is the sketchy part, I could understand the Lower case mistake. But 2 days later having the "MM" add me made me create this report

 

I have also added the Actual MM to make sure I cannot be added by a fake account to be sure. Imgur

 

I need UIDs from all of those discussions, plus the part where he sent you that discord's profile to add. It looks to me like you just added the wrong discord.

 

I understand, is there a way I can show that its the Impostor that added me? If yes I will be happy to provide this evidence. Also I have deleted the impostor. How can I get UID since chat is also deleted when I blocked him?

@Northruler isn't at fault if an impostor added you or if you added an impostor. Unless he told you to specifically add a discord that was incorrect I genuinely think this was just a mistake.

 

Like mentioned before, he told me to add yanLiLi#7144 which is the impostor, real MM is YanLiLi#7144 Imgur

I guess he "made" a mistake telling me to add the impostor.
