    Above in the deleted post is my conversation with both Carlos and the accused member.

    In short @Carlos Elc offered to do barrow gloves and fighter torso on almost completely skilled account with 104 QP.

    They agreed on the following:

    When Carlos was later asked for a price, he replied "130USD approximately", counter offer was 50m 07 which Carlos didn't agree with.

    Since Carlos didn't specify any price / price range prior the trade and offered that his customer would pay only if he liked his services, he has no right to claim $130 USD.

    @Carlos Elc I'm not happy about this situation and I highly suggest that you specify at least the minimum price next time.
