give him 48hours please because im in contact with him, he told me paypal limited his account and he has to call them. If this statement is true, he will need a few hrs to call them and 24-48hrs for paypal to respond.

I have called paypal, and the Issue has been resolved. The problem occurred because my account got limited.
I know have no open cases, and he should have the money. Which I also contacted him on skype
