Reporting TheMindOfFizz

I am reporting TheMindOfFizz for not rendering services promised. I ordered graphics services from him and paid him a down payment of $5 on January 2nd, and he has still not delivered the products. On January the 8th I asked for a refund which he agreed to, but he has still not refunded my money and is ignoring me,

I did so in the first picture, it's to the right of the chat. Also if he refunds the money I paid him then I'll be glad to drop the scam report
