Explanation of the trade: Training for OSRS in return of OSRS GP.
How they scammed: I gave him the bonds to train and he decided he didn't have the time to train so now my bonds are wasted (2 bonds, 6m 07 at the time).

Well that's stupid.. Honestly man, they're your accounts.. It's an unfortunate matter but I don't think he should be refunding you - there would be no way to check you don't actually "use" the membership on your account and it wouldn't be fair for him to pay for your membership.

 

Him saying he can't continue the service and he doesn't know what to do about the bonds means they are wasted, I don't see how that isn't proof. Where we agree on 2 weeks to finish: http://puu.sh/rmp00/7d6b69c4ae.png.

 

8 days were wasted before he said he couldn't do the job. It's 6M for 14 days, so 3.45M for 8 days of membership. I've banned him until he repays you said amount for the wasted time and membership.

 

Can you post the full conversation? Also, did you tell him you were going to be posting a report on him?

For the record he messaged Add my msn 3 days into the 2 week period saying he was going to have an irl conflict and would be unable to finish the skilling. He also offered to refund for those days at the time
