Take a screenshot of the transaction you sent Colts and you would of gotten an email saying the chargeback was cancelled, we'll be able to tell if you actually cancelled it.

Unauthorized transactions can be cancelled straight away.

Luis went on Skype with me and shared his screen and it seems there is a legitimate error on his side which I've never seen before.

He has also shown me the emails that he's sent to Paypal to try and get it cancelled and refunded sooner.

That error has been happening for months now. It happens like 50% of the time.
