I roll 1 on the thread and i won 5$ btc the only rule was 50post but when i contact him he tell me the first time i won but after he message me my post was junk and he edit the topic after.

Yep. I have denied this user the prize to my giveaway. He has almost no real content on the site; almost all of his posts are bumps. I would've hoped that it was obvious I meant legitimate posts, not ramped up post counts.

Additionally, he often bumps more than the allowed 8 hour timeframe. Relooked at his content. He bumps his threads disregarding his own posts that are not a dedicated bumps. I'd still consider this 'bumping'.

Following the denial of his prize, I have made the following edits to my rules:
- changed '50 posts' to '50 legitimate posts'
- re-added the rule of 'at least 3 months old'
- added the rule 'I have the right to deny the prize to anyone for no reason'

Seeing as this is a giveaway, I would argue that no scam occurred.

you mean 50 post first, im here for 1month + got over 8vouch, yes i dont participate on the community i play runescape and dont have time to make 100post talking about my life, what do you mean for legitimate post? I dont bump after 1hour if you check my thread all my thread is 8hour bump. Never got a advertisement about my bump is not 8hour.

 

@GuyFrank at the time of his roll, he met all of the requirements you had laid out. You are allowed to change them of course but you do have to pay anyone who qualified at the time they rolled, which this user did. Please pay him his $5
