Regarding TWC

Hey I'm in a bit of a dilemma and i seek your advise. My brother used to provide services on Sythe and due to some circumstances he was TWCED, and was told to appeal it when he has a few more vouches, however when i asked him he said, he doesn't really have much time to provide services these days hence its still there.
Now the issue is that i want to sell gold on sythe, and i was banned for 14 days for "Ban Evading". I didnt appeal this because i thought that Marcellus1404 would sort things out and then ill carry on with my sythe account, but like i mentioned above he doesn't have the sufficient time to do so.....
So i was wondering what measures can i take? Do i have to wait until he get it sorted? Or is there something else i can do? I also want to be a donor, if i did this would my TWC be removed? Please advise, thanks.
