Hi iam might to buy rs for cash but whats the safest way to tranfer im thinking on setting up 2 ip adresses main on one mule on other then stake it over is this traceable i created accounts on sepaerate ip adresses and will use seperate accounts.. A

Using the method you stated above should be very safe, try to avoid purchasing gold from Chinese gold sellers etc due to a lot of them having their banks reset and any customers they sold to facing the same.

Trading gold is never safe, but 300m is less riskier than 1b.

 

I staked on the Same IP while duo logging and haven't had a ban.

 

If he's staking between the two accounts, then the entire amount shouldn't be an issue. We haven't received any details from users stating they were banned for RWT because they staked so it must not be an issue of sorts currently.

Never buy from a site, there patterns are easily recognized my jagex, your better buying off from somebody here.

 

Stake it over/act as if it was a flower bet etc. Generally low incremented amounts are safe, E.g, 200M per few hrs, acting as if you were gambling.

As others have said, cover it up with something else like an item exchange or a gamble. I'd avoid paying sites, you'd be better buying from a recommended seller on this site or PA so you're safe. Remember if you purchase from a Sythe seller to ask for a PM from them on Sythe itself.
