    I remember some time back a rule was implemented that said MMs are responsible for roll backs during trades unless they have video proof...is that rule still in effect?

    Depends, you have to have both the buyer and the seller agree to it.

    You can't state it in ToS, each individual case must have it agreed upon at the start of the trade and you must have evidence of the roll-back/wipe/ban occuring during trading.

    I assume that if you traded the money to the middleman and it got rolled back the middleman would be responsible for it unless stated before the trade that he or she is not going to be responsible.
