Okay, so I read your post and I feel where you are coming from.
I guess the first thing I have to say is...slow down. I know that's hard.
There is an old saying that goes something like this:
Once there was a papa bull and his son on top of the mountain, looking down at all the girl cows in the pasture, the son says to the Papa bull "Papa lets run down there and fuck a cow". The Papa bull looks at his son and says "No son, lets walk down and fuck them all."
My point is, you have so much time ahead of you, your time in the lime light and glory will come. The fact that you have people in the entertainment industry is huge. So I wouldn't worry too much. Now is the time to hone your skills, and in time it will come as long as you focus and stay diligent to to your goals.

Stay in school and learn as much as you can, inside and out, this will give you the confidence you are going to need when confronted with thousands of screaming fans. In the DJ business today it's all about style and attitude not to mention the skills that can only be learned in my opinion from what you've written in your post, the way you are learning it now.

Build your contacts and collaborate, keep in mind that in this industry you can't do it alone, so make some good connections and be friendly to everyone.

Lastly be different or die. Make sure you find your creativity, your sound, and really try and be a cut above, original, fresh, innovative...think outside the box.

Wanted to pop in to comment on this.
Take this with a grain of salt, as the active pursuit to be different, especially in the music industry can easily lead to your demise. Do what you enjoy doing, as that will be your best work, don't try to be something else.

 

Thankyou guys. Yeah I know I'm probably always thinking too much ahead, before I went to college to do this course I was in a two year depression from when I left school, was also addicted to weed, which obviously made my depression worse, I'm just so scared of going back into that routine, I'm trying to keep motivated, but I'm just scared of where I need to go next because I have no idea, maybe it will all just happen itself and naturaly? & I agree with the contacts and being unique and creative, thankyou so much!
