SO I'm wanting to buy some LED strips for my pc case. I just wanted to know is it possible to control them, E.g Razor synapse, can control to turn on/off LEDS on mouse and keyboard. is it possible to do that with LED strips?

Yeah, but you'll likely have to make some modifications to add a serial output that you'll plug into the PC, then you'll have to write some software to control it. Easy if you know a bit about that stuff (the coding isn't actually that hard), but it'll feel like you're trying to get to the moon if you don't know anything about circuits or programming.

If you get RGB led strips should come with a remote and sensor and you can change the colours or turn the lights on and off
