pure defence?

whats the best weapon to train with,

i got a account with 1att,1str,32 def, and training at chicken with iron dagger atm, its members btw.

 

Try iron scim. also, why not go to rats i varrock sewers?

 

you could also use iron dagger (p++)

 

not poisen as the poisen doesnt give you xp
and try silverlight or w/e from that f2p smithing quest

or red topaz machete

 

Iron Scimitar is going to be the best way, try not to train on chickens though. Keep testing yourself against higher level monsters until you find one that good enougth to train on for a while. I would suggest killing
Men -> Cows -> Guards -> Cockroaches

P.S when you get high enough go for getting an iron defender, will speed things up drastically.

 

Dagger is best since it has high stab and defense is stab. Or so I have been told. >_>.

 

err im training on chickens with iron dagger, 33 defence atm. want to know a faster way.

 

I know obby pures train with red topaz machette or w/e... maybe that? and monks is probably good, i know that best for f2p

Yea red topaz machette is the best for training.

 

Monks are the best for f2p.

 

Red topaz machete is the best bonuses for 1 attack unless you get slayer staff.

 

but im members lol i cant stand f2p, all my accounts are members =d

 

monks are probly your best bet till around 40 is for soul wars

 

you could do soul wars or red topaz machete
