I then tried to PM him to get this pop up:
I also got my friend to try and see if he could PM him because this is a new type of scam and this is what happened (history in chrome)

He deletes me once I confront him about him turning his PMs off -



This happened with sirblueniet as well, he was banned the next day for scamming, this guy was CLEARLY trying to scam. Turning off his pms, leaving the conversation and then proceeding to try and get the other person to go first. If it's not ban worthy it must be TWC worthy. If mods/admins are able to see how people alter their accounts they should be able to see he turned his PMs on and then off and then back on.

 

I didnt disable anything. the settings were what they were when i created my sythe profile. i have people pming me all the time how could they pm me if i had it off i dont understand what the point of the actual thing is?

 

And your purpose was to be the MM so thers no such thing as going first me and Lukehastings1066 were both going to give what we were transferring to you so you arent making any sense at all my dear.

 

It took you over 5 minutes to turn them back on, and then you proceed to PM me acting all innocent.
I really hope Admin can see what controls you've turned on/off and make a fool out of you, you're not the first person who has tried this trick and you won't be the last while PMs are able to be turned off.

We'll let the mods deal with it.

 

You told me to turn it on? its been the way it was 2 hours ago as its been since i created this account i think you have recieved some error message or something because what have i got to gain from me giving you my name ? because thats how a MM works correct? we both give our items to you so how on earth could i scam.....im honestly blown away by all of this.

 

i deleted you as you both stopped answering me......i tried talking to you both and you just sat there and ignored me and posted this rant

 

Report against Chloe is invalid and no action will be taken there.

Any other moderators have opinions on Flizzim? I'm considering leaving it be and telling them both to go there separate ways with no action.

yeah i'd just let it go. i think @Chloe's suggestion about making this impossible should be approved though
