Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: 'bad pm', thno sketchy behaviour, victim got imposter scammed even though we've had previous convo's. Clearly wasn't paying attention, I was blamed for it.
I don't think anyone has trust issues with $ with me, have no reason to scam, twc of 1month was too harsh and didn't deserve it.
Spoke to victim post his wrong doing, and he said it was his fault.
I understood I should've used template however it's new idea and didn't know of it

discord template is not required, it is only 'relevant' when somebody gets imposter scammed. These are not my words, but words of mods/admins.

So how is this bad trading practice, if you're being picky about 'disc' vs 'discord' then lets ban everyone for typing 'sellin' instead of 'selling' ? This is ridiculous. Nobody has been imposter scammed since my TWC, nobody has complained about a bad trade, yet you're claiming bad trading practice for using 'disc' vs 'discord'

I've done hundreds of trades since, not 1 complaint, not 1 issue. Because anyone with an iq bigger than 1 , can understand that 'disc' with the DISCORD name and tag beside it CLEARLY means discord.

This is just ignorance, like I said to multiple mods. Using chat logs is how people get scammed. Imposters replicate conversation and driving it into similar chat logs which is why I don't chat logs. Not because im lazy, but because in my eyes as a trader for years it is safer for customers.

PM proof has been added. I however am abstaining but leaning towards a no again. I find the PM proofs very confusing and unclear. Regardless of your personal opinion I believe a chatlog should be added, aswell as mentioning what kind of trade the PM is meant for.

I have revisited this, and discussed with @video

After reviewing Pingy's first PM's to now, we can tell his PM's have improved greatly. There was no scam that occurred during this PM, therefore I do not think it's fair to leave him with a TWC due to missing a few points.

Moving forward, @frogstar you will NEED to include the trade details / the chat logs.

Yeah its not required but if you don't follow the template you will be awarded the TWC rank. Your recent PMs are exactly what they should be, keep them like that. Support.

 

Whatever, he acts so nonchalant and brushes off people losing large sums of money due to his negligence like it's nothing. I don't approve of that behavior. Having said that, I think he served his time and his PM's aren't complete garbage. If he causes someone else to lose money again though, I don't think there'll be any mercy in my heart for him.
