Please help

I cant access my account Gold Empire
I use to trade back in 2015 and I always had auto-log in so I never had to write my password.
I also dont fully remember the email, same with the password.
I tried to contact you guys through "contact us" and wrote all info, possible passwords, but I havent recieved any answer for 3 days. If you could add me on skype or something so I can write all info it would be appreciated.
