    wtf? they owed me like $500 or even more in payments... I check disturbement times and those orders are just gone..... What should i do? im pretty much fucked i guess..

    nope. But my paypal balance was at $5k last sunday, and now its at $4.5k while i also made money from gold buisiness+profited 250m 07 from staking...

    Do you have any emails such as when the orders were created? PA generally sends out emails for every order update.

    There should still be SOME form of evidence of the transactions, not just on your part but surely they should be keeping track of every single fucking penny that goes through them?

    Contact their Sythe representative, that's a lot of money to be losing.

    There should be some kind of documentation of the order. PA sends a lot of emails, pretty much every order update (when an order is created, when an order is verified, when an order is complete, when an order payment is disbursed).

    Honestly guys, I have been active on these forums for about 4 months now, and most intelligent people would know that PA is here to support safe trade, and not take your money and run.

    So creating negative sentiment actually harms us.

    OP, I know for example, that you know of me. So creating a thread like this actually reflects poorly on you, that maybe you are after something else, other than help, because you know I am reachable and your issue may have been resolved by now if you had sent me a PM. So...

    Guys, I spend inordinate amounts of time on Sythe trying to support and engage this community. Are all my efforts completely wasted if I am just going to have to deal with this stuff?

    PM me with the order numbers and I will look into it.

    For the record, since the change in management a few months ago, we all have been busting our @$$es working very hard to move us towards a customer centric business. If you want help, ask. Creating allegations that PA is attempting to scam is both unfair, and untrue. And I believe most of you know that we have been actively making these changes happen.

    (What if this was a simple bug that could fixed immediately if you had reached out to us first).

    Come on guys. Should I be spending time on Sythe, or is a waste of time us? I'm not here to play games. I'm here to help. :noworry:

    Why do people persist to post posts as such. Offer some constructive feedback and or help, opposed to just spamming pointlessly.

    @Adam, liaison with their PR rep who has already posted within this thread.

    It sounds quite odd that you received no emails, as I'm sure their email system pertaining order details/disbursement of payment is automated. Unless there was some sort of anomaly malfunction on their end, what you said sounds quite odd.

    Why would I offer something when my thoughts are entirely summed up in a post above mine. No point in re-inventing the wheel, more just assuring OP that Jake hit the nail on the head. This is a discussion board, why limit every post on what is essentially a general discussion thread to help and advice or criticism only?

    I could be wrong, but it seems rather pedantic.

    Yes he was wrong to post this topic accusing PA of scamming, but lets face it, even if he contacts PA live chat hes going to be told minimal information and told to wait 24-72 hours for a reply to his issue.

    PA are not scammers, but your customer support is awful, which is one of the main reasons i dont use PA anymore.
