Woodcutting lvl 75, everything else normal at minimums.
Never been botted. All done by hand.

You might be able to get around 5m for it, might be hard to sell due to not having any trust, giving the registered email does nothing as accounts can always be recovered.

 

Obviously my reputation will have a play in the price of it being sold. I will always use a middle man with any deals I make.
