i got a prepaid credit card recently, any way of putting this money from the card to my paypal balance

First thing, this is in the wrong forum.

And to answer your question: When you log in to paypal, go to the "My Account" tab (you should be there by default when you log in). Then, hover your mouse over "Profile" and select "Add or Edit Credit Card".
