    Someone told me that you can prevent chargebacks in PayPal by writing "Strictly no chargebacks" as a note during the transaction.

    Is that true?

    And it's not true because people can go directly through their credit card issuer (Mastercard, Visa, etc) for the chargeback instead of Paypal.
